Products purchased from our online store have a conditional lifetime warranty. We will be accepting the warranty if the conditions below are met:
The item should not be rendered defected by abuse, improper use, or improper repair. Inspection of the item will be carried out to ensure this is not the case.
The item was defective upon arrival.
Damaged latches and springs do not apply for a replacement under the conditional lifetime warranty unless it was defective upon arrival. However, we at Tsunami Coolers will be happy to send replacement latches and springs in the event that your accessories become defective after using the item.
